THE SERVICES
Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, beds will be freshly made on arrival.
A free wifi connection is provided in the flat.
DEPOSIT
A 500€ bank deposit is required as part of the rental. It is mandatory and must be paid before arrival in the flat. It is managed by the secure online service Swikly.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of 6€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
