GUILLAUME BOSSARD

ASSOCIATE PRESIDENT

17 years spent working for various French and international groups in the consumer goods and tourism sectors have given me the opportunity to build up my career.

For more than 5 years, I made the choice to become an entrepreneur by launching new concepts in Asia and more particularly in Japan, especially in the seasonal rental market.

Creating and developing my own project is my real motivation but it cannot be achieved without the support of a team.

EDOUARD BEAUMONT

FOUNDER PARTNER

Trained at the hotel school, I have built up solid skills in more than 10 years of experience climbing the ladder of the hotel industry. I have worked in France and in the UK, both in Palaces and in small structures on a more human and personalized scale, but always with the same desire to meet customer satisfaction.

I then wanted to combine my know-how with my passion for IT by working for Booking.com, the world’s leading online booking company.

For the past 4 years, I have chosen to create my own company in order to give a more authentic and qualitative experience to our customers.

VIRGINIE COURTIOUX

TRANSACTION MANAGER

Originally from the Bordeaux region, I started my career in marketing and communication. Then, after ten years in an architectural firm, I discovered the real estate sector.

It was then natural for me to join international groups in Paris, Brussels, Bordeaux and Arcachon, in order to assert myself in the real estate business and to get a taste of rental management and concierge services.

In a professional project, the most important thing is not the rational, but the emotional, not the competence, but the enthusiasm!

LÉA MAFFINI

After a degree in Communication and Webmarketing, I naturally turned to a Master’s degree at the IAE in international hotel management. I worked for almost 2 years in a 4 star hotel located in the centre of Biarritz.

My passion, travel and my backpack which became my best partner. Australia for 8 months, Thailand, Bali, Laos then Argentina, Brazil and Mexico through the Caribbean.

My studies and my personal experiences allow me to bring an additional dynamism within the Sejourneur agency. I have acquired the necessary knowledge to provide a unique and personalized customer experience during their stay.

After having worked in the restaurant and hotel industry, drawing on my experience in France, Canada and the West Indies, my return to the Basin offered me the opportunity to set up my own concierge service. By joining Sejourneur, I took the opportunity to work within a team that reflects the image of the company: structured, dynamic and caring!

Today, the experience of the holidaymakers and the trust of the owners are my best reward.

After my professional degree in law and management in La Rochelle, I worked in the real estate sector, including co-ownership, rental management and transactions. My dynamism, my rigour and my desire to undertake have led me to create companies including an estate agency.

As I need and appreciate customer contact, I pass on my experience. My goal is to bring you a real estate expertise and to make you live unforgettable moments in our homes. Getting together is a start, staying together is progress, working together is success.

After 15 years of experience in the hotel industry in Paris with a diverse and international clientele, I returned to my roots in the South West of France by moving to Bordeaux.

After training as an interior designer, I had the opportunity to become an independent property consultant for 2 years. 

Today, it is all these acquired skills and those to come that I make available for the development of the quality of Sejourneur.

After three years of study, a BTS and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Business Management, I wanted to complete my training with a Master’s degree in Management.

After my studies, I wanted to join a company that was larger than the previous ones in the concierge sector, a field that perfectly combines these two skills.
