With direct and privileged access to Biarritz’s Miramar Beach, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests (plus one baby).
It is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to make the most of their stay.

Beautifully designed and fully equipped, the apartment features a lovely terrace to enjoy the gentle Basque climate, along with direct access to the ocean.

The apartment offers the following amenities:
– A kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: microwave, cooking hobs, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer (with ice dispenser), and all necessary kitchen utensils.
– A large bedroom with sea view, featuring a comfortable double bed and storage space.
– A second bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed and a small child’s bed (90 cm single).
– A baby cot is available upon request in advance, with a supplement of €10 per night.
– Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, clean and well-maintained, equipped with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet.

🚗 Parking
You will have a subscription card allowing you free access to the Indigo Casino car park, located just an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m).
We recommend unloading your luggage as close as possible to the apartment (using your hazard lights) before parking your vehicle in the car park.
⚠️ Please note: During the high season (around July 14th and August 15th), the subscription card does not guarantee a parking space.

💳 Security Deposit
A €500 security deposit will be required for the rental.
It will be processed through a secure payment link via Swikly, an online platform. This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and does not affect your card’s spending limit. A small service fee of €6.24 will be applied. Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition and all terms and conditions are respected, the pre-authorization is automatically cancelled.

⚠️ Please note:
– The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there are three steps to access the property.
– Humidity levels may vary depending on the weather, as oceanfront apartments are naturally more exposed to this phenomenon.

The Grande Plage promenade, which borders Miramar surf beach, is particularly appreciated for its stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and its sunset walks leading to the Biarritz Lighthouse.
