For every 7 nights booked, cleaning and changing of sheets and towels will occur every 4 days.

## SECURITY DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €1000 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €12,30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discovers any trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to take €500 from your security deposit.
