You can enjoy walks on the beach and swimming in just a few moments, or laze on the rooftop with the ocean as your only horizon. Watching the sun set over the ocean from the comfort of the rooftop sofa during an aperitif promises to make your holiday unforgettable.
The spacious and luminous living room is entirely turned towards the outside, with its direct access to the terrace and its dining area and plancha (electric awning, outdoor table and chairs).
A large, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge opens onto the living room, allowing for moments of conviviality and exchange, and offers all the necessary equipment to cook like at home.
From the terrace, an outside staircase will take you directly to the rooftop area, ideal for sunbathing while looking out over the ocean. The rooftop area can be adapted to various configurations, with two sunbeds, an outdoor sofa, a coffee table, a high table and six chairs.
The sleeping area has two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The first has a queen size bed (160x200cm) and the second has two single beds (90x190cm). Pleasant and well thought out, they provide comfort and privacy for everyone.
The shower room has a large shower, a double basin and a towel rail. A separate toilet is also present.
Two secure and private parking spaces in the heart of the residence complete this exceptional property, allowing you to forget your car for the duration of your stay.
THE SERVICES
The services are numerous in this flat, in particular by the equipped kitchen, the rooftop, the terrace, the outside furniture or the various equipment, while passing by the protected parking spaces.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 1500⏠will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
A member of our team, a native of the region, will be present on your arrival to welcome you and familiarise you with the flat.
He will contact you the day before your arrival to plan your arrival time.
He will also be available during your stay for any special requests or information.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, but it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of 10 euros per extra hour.
