💳 Security deposit
A €400 security deposit will be required for the rental. It will be processed via a secure payment link through the Swikly platform and must be completed before your arrival. Service fees between €3 and €9 will apply.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit. Within 7 days after your departure, provided the terms and conditions are respected and the property is returned in perfect condition, this pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled.
