Stay in a peaceful street, while remaining close to the urban dynamism and with direct access to the tramway, you benefit from the best of both worlds.

Recently renovated, the apartment captivates with its careful decoration, where large bay windows combine with the beauty of Bordeaux stones to create a welcoming and bright space. Every detail has been thought out to harmonize tradition and modernity.

The sleeping area, equipped with a large bed of 160cm x 200cm, promises restful nights. A convertible sofa offers two additional sleeping spots, making the apartment perfect for families or groups of friends up to four people.

The kitchen, functional and complete, is equipped with a fridge, cooking plates, a microwave, and everything necessary to prepare your meals just like at home. The bathroom is equipped with its Italian shower, a wooden and granite basin, and a suspended toilet.

Enjoy the comfort of modern facilities such as television, wifi, a small desk for your work moments, and air conditioning. Options like a breakfast delivered to your door and a baby bed and high chair rental service are available to make your stay even more comfortable.

DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €6.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

GETTING AROUND

From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A from the Mérignac Airport station to the Place du Palais station and walk for 11 mins.

From the Gare Saint Jean:
Take tramway line C or D from the Gare Saint Jean station to the Place de la Bourse stop and walk for 4 mins.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The public car park “Bourse – Jean Jaurès” is located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €22 per day.
