## THE APARTMENT

Located on the first floor of a secure building in a historic and peaceful district of Bordeaux, right across from the sublime Public Garden, discover our spacious 73 sqm duplex. Recently renovated in a style reminiscent of the chic of the Arcachon Basin, this apartment combines elegance and modern comfort.

This accommodation, ideal for families, offers three bright bedrooms, each carefully decorated, providing an oasis of tranquility after your days of exploration in the city. The spacious and elegant living room, bathed in natural light, is the perfect place for convivial moments. The wooden terrace, a true haven of peace, invites you to enjoy the fresh Bordeaux air.

The apartment’s modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, and cooking plates, offering you everything you need to prepare and share delicious meals just like at home. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with an integrated toilet, and a separate WC.

We pay special attention to welcoming our guests with personalized concierge service and an on-demand breakfast option for a carefree stay. A baby cot is also available free of charge (sheets not provided), ideal for young families.

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Bordeaux. Several tram lines nearby will allow you to move around easily, while enjoying the calm and history of the neighborhood.

A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €350 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our concierges will contact you the day of your arrival to organise your check-in.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

## GETTING AROUND

From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A from Mérignac aéroport to Gambetta Mériadeck and then take bus 15 or 4 from Galerie des Beaux Arts stop to Jardin Public stop.

From Saint Jean train station:
Take tram C from Gare Saint Jean stop to Jardin Public stop and walk for 5 minutes.

The apartment has no parking.
To park your car, parking in the streets is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The public parking “Cité Mondiale” is located 10 minutes from the apartment.
The price for parking is €19 for the day.
