As part of your stay, a €350 bank pre-authorization is required and must be completed through your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administrative fee of €4.50 applies.
The bank pre-authorization does not affect your card’s credit limit and is automatically released within two days of your departure, provided the general terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition.

🚗 GETTING AROUND & PARKING
From Mérignac Airport: Take tram A or bus 1 to Gambetta Mériadeck, then walk approximately 12 minutes.
From Gare Saint-Jean: Take tram C to the Quinconces stop, then walk approximately 4 minutes.
Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The “Clémenceau-Auditorium” public car park is located 50 metres from the apartment. The daily rate is approximately €22.

Located in Bordeaux’s chic and highly sought-after Golden Triangle district, you will have immediate access to luxury boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants and traditional brasseries such as Le Noailles, as well as cultural and tourist attractions, all within walking distance.
The neighborhood is bordered by Cours Georges Clémenceau and Place Tourny, forming the prestigious Golden Triangle with Place de la Comédie, Place des Quinconces, and the Grand Théâtre.
Nearby, the Place des Grands Hommes, a neoclassical quarter, reflects the new urban vision that emerged after the French Revolution.
