THE APARTMENT

Located on the ground floor of a historical building with beautiful stone, enter this modern and warm apartment, especially thanks to its exposed stone and quality equipment.

The living space has a TV corner with a convertible sofa, a dining table and its 3 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The pleasantly decorated bedroom is situated in souplex on the lower level and offers a double bed (140cm).

The bathroom is on the main level, on the same level as the bedroom and has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.

Due to the steep stairs, this apartment is not recommended for children.

DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

ACCESS & PARKING

From Mérignac Airport :
Take the bus 1 from the stop ” Aéroport de Mérignac ” to the stop ” Gambetta Mériadeck ” then walk 6 minutes.

From the St Jean train station:
Take the bus 1 from the stop ” Gare St Jean ” to the stop ” Palais de Justice ” and walk 7 minutes or take the tramway C from the stop ” Gare St Jean ” to the stop ” Place de la Bourse ” and walk 11 minutes.

To park your car, parking on the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have a car park, the public car park ” Clemenceau Auditorium ” is located 350 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 30€ for the day.
