The bank pre-authorization does not affect your card’s credit limit and is automatically released within two days of your departure, provided the general terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition.

🚗 PARKING
The apartment does not have a parking space. Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The Clémenceau-Auditorium public car park is located 100 metres away on foot (paid parking).

You will be staying in the chic and lively Golden Triangle of Bordeaux, with luxury boutiques, gastronomic restaurants and traditional brasseries all within easy reach. The Musée des Beaux-Arts, the Jardin Public and the Place de la Bourse are accessible on foot. Just steps away: Cours Georges Clémenceau, Place Tourny, Place de la Comédie, Les Quinconces and the Grand Théâtre. On the other side, the City Hall (Palais Rohan), Saint-André Cathedral and the Pey-Berland Tower crowned with the gilded bronze Virgin of Aquitaine.
From Mérignac Airport: Tram A to Hôtel de Ville, then 10 minutes on foot. Or Bus 1 to Gambetta Mériadeck, then 12 minutes on foot.
From Gare Saint-Jean: Tram C to Quinconces, then 10 minutes on foot.
