## Notes
This property is accessible in all autonomy. However, prior verification of your identity in order to obtain access is imperative. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discovers the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts etc…), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of 300 €.
## DEPOSIT
You will be asked to provide a bank guarantee of €500. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure Swikly online service, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited, and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €6,30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as return of the property in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically canceled.
