As natives of Bordeaux and passionate about this magnificent city of character, they will be happy to share their top insider tips and recommendations to ensure you don’t miss any of the must-see spots. As an added bonus, their son Louis, a tour guide, would be delighted to accompany you on your outings.
This houseboat is a recent retiree from the gravel transport industry, acquired after more than 30 years of faithful service. Bringing her to her Bordeaux dock was a true adventure: they had to transport her down the canals cut into two pieces, in order to cross the some 500 locks that stood between them and their destination.
