ACCOMMODATION

Nestled in the heart of Bordeaux, just steps away from the famous Place des Quinconces and Place de la Bourse, this 30m² apartment elegantly combines history and modernity. Ideally located between the Grand Théâtre, the start of Rue Sainte-Catherine, and the Golden Triangle, it immerses you in a neighborhood that is both vibrant and peaceful, emblematic of the Bordeaux soul. The large bay windows provide exceptional brightness, highlighting the Bordeaux stones and tastefully chosen decor, for a total immersion in the city’s charm.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people, thanks to a sleeping area with a large bed of 180cm x 200cm, and a two-seater convertible sofa. Every element has been thought out for your comfort.

The kitchen, modern and functional, includes a fridge, cooking plates, a microwave, and everything necessary for preparing your meals. The bathroom has an elegant Italian shower, a wooden and granite basin, and a suspended toilet, combining comfort and design.

To perfect your experience, the apartment is equipped with a television, wifi, and a small desk, not to mention air conditioning. Optionally, enjoy a breakfast delivered directly to your door and our rental service for baby beds and high chairs for the youngest travelers.

Your comfort is our priority. The keys are handed over in person by our dedicated concierges. We ask you to respect the tranquility of the premises, as parties and smoking are prohibited.

EQUIPMENT

A tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron and drying rack are available for self-service in a room in the common areas.

DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €6.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our concierges will contact you the day before your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

GETTING AROUND

From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A from the Mérignac Airport station to the Place du Palais station and walk for 11 mins.

From the Gare Saint Jean:
Take tramway line C or D from the Gare Saint Jean station to the Place de la Bourse stop and walk for 4 mins.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The public car park “Bourse – Jean Jaurès” is located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €22 per day.
