– Outside, a pleasant 20 m² south-facing terrace, shaded by a wisteria, allows you to enjoy convivial moments, with a barbecue at your disposal.

📍 Ideal location
The Milady district is a quiet and sought-after area, bordered by the beaches of Marbella and Milady. A long seaside promenade connects the various beaches. You will find friendly beach restaurants and bars, as well as a large playground located close to the beach. The Ilbarritz Golf Course is located to the south of the neighborhood. Milady is also served by one of the city’s free shuttle buses, providing easy access to the center of Biarritz.

💳 Security deposit
A €400 credit card pre-authorization is required as part of the rental. It is processed via a secure payment link managed by the online service Swikly. This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival. A service fee of approximately €7 will be charged. The deposit amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card’s spending limit.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided that the terms and conditions are respected and the property is returned in perfect condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled.

Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
