THE CONCEPT

This XVIIIth century residence of character combines the charm of bourgeois houses and the contemporary design of the antique rooms to create an intimate atmosphere. Three floors serve six colorful, art-deco styled suites, arranged with taste and the demand for excellence. On the top floor, the suite reveals a confidential view of the Garonne River and the rooftops of the Bordeaux city.

In the heart of the Saint Michel district, push the door of a discreet building, nestled in the rue de la Porte de la Monnaie opposite the emblematic Bordeaux restaurant La Tupina.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 150€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 2,08€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

THE ACCOMMODATION

This suite reflects a little bit the spirit of Africa with its zebra carpet while combining its relaxation and reading area with its small living room. Nestled on the third and last floor, this suite overlooks Bordeaux with a view of the Garonne and the rooftops of the city is a haven of good taste. Attic, modern and singular, you live under the rooftops in a setting and atmosphere as relaxed as it is exotic.

The bathroom is vast and has a bathtub, which will delight young and old alike. This bathroom with its light and soft colors will be conducive to relaxation and well-being. A Le Corbusier armchair sits on a wild beast skin carpet, inviting you to read and relax. Come and experience ecstasy!

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

Arrivals are via Master Locks where you can retrieve the key to your suite. The code of the Master Lock will be communicated to you before your arrival.
Please note that entry to the premises is available from 3pm. If you wish to enter the premises earlier, we will try, as far as possible, to respond positively to this request.

THE AREA

From Mérignac Airport :
Take the bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Porte de Bourgogne stop and walk 10 minutes.

From the St Jean train station :
Take the tramway line C or D from the Gare St Jean stop to the Saint Michel stop and walk 5 minutes.

To park your car, parking on the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and holidays.
The apartment does not have a parking lot, the public parking “Parking Capucins” is located 550 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 19€ for 24 hours.
