Recently renovated, the apartment impresses with its meticulous decoration, where large bay windows blend with the beauty of Bordeaux stone to create a welcoming and bright space. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to harmonize tradition and modernity.
The sleeping area, with a large bed measuring 160cm x 200cm, promises restful nights. A convertible sofa offers two additional beds, making the apartment perfect for families or groups of friends up to four people.
The functional and fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, cooking plates, a microwave, and everything you need to prepare your meals as if you were at home. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, a wooden and granite sink, and a suspended toilet.

DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €500 will be required as part of the rental. Managed by the online and secure service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your credit card usage limits. You will only need to pay a service fee of €6.24.
Within 7 days following your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
One of our concierges will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule the check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 PM to 8:30 PM, but it is possible to arrive later, upon request, with an additional charge of €10 per extra hour.

GETTING AROUND
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A from the Mérignac Airport station to Place du Palais station and walk for 11 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take tram line C or D from Saint Jean station to Place de la Bourse stop and walk 4 minutes.
For parking your car, street parking is free only from 7 PM to 9 AM and on Sundays and holidays.
The public parking “Bourse – Jean Jaurès” is located 500m from the apartment.
The parking price is €22 per day.
