The accommodation

The first part of the house is reached by an outside staircase. The first floor of this main house is composed of a very large living room with cathedral ceiling including living room, dining room and American kitchen fully equipped Kitchen Aid, all overlooking a large terrace facing the sea, partly covered with summer dining room with outdoor heating and plancha corner. There is a guest toilet on this floor as well as a bedroom with its bathroom and private toilet.

You go down to the garden level by an internal staircase and you arrive at a space with 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom/wc, a large linen room, and the garage.

You enter the small house either directly from the arrival staircase via a covered outside passageway that runs around the large house or via a door in the kitchen of the large house that opens onto this same passageway. After crossing a covered walkway you arrive at the small house which has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
There is a beach access with an outdoor shower and wooden ladders for beach towels.
Garage for two cars, large linen room.

Deposit

A bank imprint of 4000€ will be required as part of the rental. It is mandatory and must be paid before your arrival in the accommodation. It is managed by the secure online service Swikly.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Marie will welcome you on your arrival and introduce you to the house and will be able to meet all your expectations.
At the end of the booking process, you will receive a rental contract which I will make available to you for information before booking.
