– Bedroom 2 (khaki): double bed (140×200), two wardrobes with hanging space, glass door opening onto a small balcony.

🚗 Parking

💳 Security deposit
A €2,000 security deposit will be required for the rental, managed via a secure Swikly link and must be completed before arrival. The amount is neither blocked nor charged. Service fees: €3–€9. Within 7 days after departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically canceled.
